Terms and Conditions

• Classes are for students 18 and over.

• Students are responsible for ensuring their fitness for class and advising of any potential injuries. Miss Kitty’s Meow and our instructors are not responsible or liable for any costs incurred, expenses and all liabilities whatsoever that may arise as a result of my actions or tutors instructions during all activities and performances undertaken

• Miss Kitty’s Meow takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes. It accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the classes and/or studios. We do our best to give our students a safe environment and provide lots of options for movements during class.

• No refunds available.

• No casual classes or partial payments are available.

• All term payments must be made in full prior to starting

• Classes may be subject to change. Miss Kitty’s Meow will give as much notice as possible in the event this happens.

• Any choreography taught in classes remains the exclusive property of Miss Kitty’s Meow and the relevant tutor/s and may not be replicated or performed in full or part without express written permission from Miss Kitty’s Meow.

• All COVID-19 Safety guidelines must be followed. You will be given a full guide on your successful enrolment into the class.

• If COVID-19 advice from the State Government of Tasmania changes, all students will be notified as soon as possible. Students must be prepared to transition to online learning in the event of public health changes. Classes will be held online in the same timeslot Make sure you have Internet connection, a working laptop or smart phone and access to Facebook to join in any online learning
