Are you warming up before your fan dancing practice?
Probably not! I’m as guilty as the next person of skipping a warm up or a cool down in rehearsal.
But I notice how much my practice is improved when I put the effort in and do a proper stretch.
Even if it’s a short one, having better wrist mobility and strength definitely helps me move more freely and easily.
To keep myself a bit more accountable in the stretching game, I actually filmed myself at home the other day so you can see how I warm up my wrists and forearms before a practice.
You could totally cut this down a bit shorter if you needed to, or just take a couple of stretches and add them into your existing routine.
